This 16′ long vacuum bed conveyor was designed to transport a 62″ wide sheet of lightweight substrate at 850FPM without letting it lift off from the conveyor’s surface. The integrated vacuum sensor and VFD driven blower provide consistant vacuum at levels that vary according to multiple production recipies. The conveyor itself is servo driven for accurate speed control.
