This special two to three strand chain conveyor pop-up carriage was developed to accommodate a modification to an automation system. The two strands carry empty pallets off of a feeding conveyor to a loading zone, and the third strand allows for the weight of the fully loaded pallet, which then indexed onto a wrapper.
