This part feeder was an engineering colaboration between Custom Conveyor and the production team at a major manufacturing company. Its chain and dog design significantly reduced the footprint of the feeding process for this part as well as properly singulating the bulk parts for use by automated systems. This all enabled the partial automation of the cell which significantly reduced the labor content of the sub-assembly.
